Color Your Body Beautiful

Ditch the McKee D’s today huh? Today brings a pack of power foods on my food “to go” menu. This is, in addition to an active lifestyle, the very best thing I do for me. I do it because it makes me feel good. When we feel good we live, love, and laugh good. Ditch the processed junk today if you really really want to get to your goals. Here’s some of what’s on my list today!

Salmon, Greek yogurt, Asparagus, Spinach, Baby Bok Choy, Baby Red and Green Chard, roasted red peppers, garbonzo beans, garlic, chia, mushrooms, red and green cabbage, fresh edamame, basil, parsley, oregano, macadamia nut oils, pomegranate vinegar, turmeric….. and water, water, water…..

What is the very best thing you will do for you today that colors you beautiful?
