February is heart healthy month! Don’t just take care of your sweetie, take care of you too! This uber yummilicious salad will be kind to your heart and to your weight loss goals.
Tuna and Quinoa Dill Salad
2- 3.5 ounce cans of tuna drained
1- 15 ounce can of cannelleni beans
3 cups prepared Quinoa or Quinoa Blend
1- 3.5 ounce can of sliced olives
1/2 bunch of chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup Braggs vinegar
1 Tbls of preferred no salt seasoning
Drain all ingredients and mix together. Divide into 5 portions and refrigerate. Makes for an easy grab and go meal this week!
Calories- 317, Protein-20 gms, Carbohydrates- 32.6 gms, Fat- 7.19 gms
