Mini-Turkey Loaves


My food prep today was inspired by a recipe for Turkey Burgers I saw in Kyle Browns book How Much Does a Zebra Weigh? which, I might add is excellent!

This recipe is heart healthy, fast, and great for the 4 Hour Body Diet.

Mini Turkey Loaves

1 lb ground organic turkey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, including green parts sliced
2 T red bell pepper, chopped small
1 tsp fresh ginger minced
1/2 cup Arugula
2 Tbls Italian Parsley
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Mrs Dash Steak

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients. Divide into 4 small loaves and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over leafy greens or with steamed asparagus, green beans, and/or broccoli.

This recipe is for 4 servings, 220 calories, 25 gms Protein! Eat up!
